AGITOS Grant Support Programme

AGITOS Grant Support Programme

The AGITOS Foundation Grant Support Programme (GSP) is an annual pool of funding that International Federations and National Paralympic Committees can apply for to deliver projects that develop athletes, raise awareness about the Paralympic Movement or develop Para sport.

The BWF has been a recipient of the AGITOS Foundation Grant Support Programme in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, where more than 200 participants and 20 countries have benefited from the Programme.

Support for Member Associations

BWF Members Associations are not permitted to apply directly for support through AGITOS Foundation GSP, however applications from National Paralympic Committees are permitted. The BWF would like to encourage Member Associations to discuss with their National Paralympic Committee, opportunities to submit an application for a Para badminton project as part of the AGITOS Foundation GSP.

The BWF and its Continental Confederations will work with any Member Association and National Paralympic Committees, wishing to submit an application to the AGITOS Foundation GSP.

For more information, please contact John Shearer, BWF Senior Development Manager [email protected] and visit the AGITOS Foundation website (here).
