The BWF is happy to announce the launch of two of our popular online courses in French and Spanish!\u00a0 The National Administrators\u2019 course and the Event Management course are now available in two new languages, with the aim of reaching even more of our Members.<\/p>\n
During the initial periods of lockdown across the globe in 2020, our online resources proved to be extremely popular.\u00a0 It was encouraging to see that even though many people were not able to come together to practice badminton, they were still taking advantage of this \u201cdown time\u201d to improve their badminton-related knowledge and skills.\u00a0 In fact, online activity hit an all-time high in 2020, with Event Management registrations almost double the previous year and National Administrators\u2019 nearly triple.<\/p>\n
Because of the importance of the online courses in helping our community remain involved, we wanted to expand the reach of these key resources by making them available in two of the languages spoken by many of our Members.\u00a0 In this way, we are able to support the further development of the administrative and competition structures in a greater number of countries, especially those who are working at the grassroots level.<\/p>\n

Durante los primeros periodos del confinamiento global durante el 2020, nuestros recursos en l\u00ednea fueron muy concurridos.\u00a0 Nos alent\u00f3 ver que, aunque la mayor\u00eda de la gente no pod\u00eda reunirse para practicar nuestro deporte, siempre aprovechaban este per\u00edodo para mejorar sus conocimientos y destrezas en el \u00e1rea de b\u00e1dminton.\u00a0 De hecho, la actividad en l\u00ednea alcanz\u00f3 un r\u00e9cord en el 2020, con casi el doble de inscripciones al a\u00f1o anterior en el curso de Gesti\u00f3n de Eventos, y casi el triple en el caso de Administradores Nacionales.<\/p>\n
A ra\u00edz de la importancia de estos cursos en l\u00ednea para permitir que nuestra comunidad se mantenga involucrada, nos parec\u00eda oportuno expandir su alcance al introducirlos en dos de los idiomas que hablan muchos de nuestro Miembros.\u00a0 De esta manera, logramos apoyar el desarrollo continuo de las estructuras administrativas y de competici\u00f3n en cada vez m\u00e1s pa\u00edses, particularmente los que trabajan desde las etapas iniciales.<\/p>\n
Los cursos en l\u00ednea brindan fundamentos s\u00f3lidos no solo en cuanto a conceptos b\u00e1sicos, sino a las estructuras de las Asociaciones Miembro, las Confederaciones Continentales y la BWF.\u00a0 Se pueden utilizar como una introducci\u00f3n flexible para los que se encuentran en los pasos iniciales, con miras a la asistencia posterior a los cursos presenciales, donde se tratan de forma m\u00e1s aplicada los mismos conceptos, como parte de una trayectoria de desarrollo (sea en Gesti\u00f3n de Eventos o Administraci\u00f3n).\u00a0 Es importante recalcar que los cursos son gratuitos y abiertos a todos, lo cual significa que representan una herramienta ideal, no solo para el personal a nivel de federaci\u00f3n nacional, sino tambi\u00e9n de organizaciones regionales o clubes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”D\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences des Membres \u2013 Nouvelles ressources en ligne (en fran\u00e7ais, en espa\u00f1ol)” tab_id=”1618578550555-61c1a1e9-dab4″][vc_column_text]La BWF est heureuse d\u2019annoncer le lancement en fran\u00e7ais et en espagnol de deux de ses cours en ligne! Durant les p\u00e9riodes initiales de confinement en 2020, nos ressources en lignes sont devenues tr\u00e8s populaires. Il \u00e9tait encourageant de voir que m\u00eame si de nombreuses personnes ne pouvaient pas jouer au badminton, elles ont pris avantage de ce \u00ab\u00a0repos forc\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pour renforcer leurs connaissances et leurs habilet\u00e9s li\u00e9es au badminton. En effet, les activit\u00e9s en ligne ont atteint un sommet en 2020, avec les inscriptions \u00e0 nos cours de gestion des \u00e9v\u00e8nements et pour les Administrateurs nationaux doublant et triplant respectivement par rapport \u00e0 2020.<\/p>\n
Vu l\u2019importance de nos cours en ligne pour aider notre communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 rester impliqu\u00e9e, nous avons voulu augmenter leur port\u00e9e en les rendant disponible dans deux des langues les plus parl\u00e9es par nos Membres. De cette fa\u00e7on, nous pouvons appuyer le d\u00e9veloppement continu des structures administratives et comp\u00e9titives dans un plus grand nombre de pays, en particulier pour ceux qui travaillent \u00e0 un niveau plus local.<\/p>\n
Les cours en ligne fournissent une fondation solide sur les concepts de base, ainsi que sur les structures des Membres, Conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations et de la BWF. Ils peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s comme pr\u00e9sentation flexible pour ceux qui d\u00e9butent, avec la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ventuellement participer \u00e0 des cours plus appliqu\u00e9s, en pr\u00e9sentiel, faisant partie d\u2019un cheminement structur\u00e9 (soit en gestion des \u00e9v\u00e8nements ou en administration).
