Excerpt: The implementation effect of the teaching mode of integration of curricular and extracurricular of badminton in our school is studied by using the methods of experiment,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The results indicate the mode can improve the physical quality,basic skills and practical abilities of students,help students to form the habit of lifelong physical exercise, motivate their initiative,and cultivate their confidence and expressiveness.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to rearfoot kinematics during a lateral braking movement. Being a bluff body, the shuttlecock generates high aerodynamic drag and steep flight trajectory.
